Is it advantageous to re-affirm your mortgage after discharge not including them on the debtors list?

I might of asked the quesion incorrectly.
They were listed along with my car but they were not one of the discharged debts.Comment

If you did not reaffirm prior to discharge, then YES the debt is discharged. That does not mean that the lender's ownership interest in the property is discharged so-they still own it. If you choose to move out, they can't pursue you for any balance. If you stay in the house though, you'll need to keep paying for it or they'll foreclose to take the house back.
