You can't reaffirm anything after discharge-and are you sure it wasn't on the creditor list? If it was not, the trustee would have wanted to know why you were claiming a mortgage payment on your expenses schedule.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I might of asked the quesion incorrectly.
They were listed along with my car but they were not one of the discharged debts.

If you did not reaffirm prior to discharge, then YES the debt is discharged. That does not mean that the lender's ownership interest in the property is discharged so-they still own it. If you choose to move out, they can't pursue you for any balance. If you stay in the house though, you'll need to keep paying for it or they'll foreclose to take the house back.

Reaffirmation has to happen prior to discharge. You can't reaffirm a discharged debt.
