341 done!

Had my 341 last week and trustee posted a report of no distribution and requested to be relieved of his duties regarding my case.

Due to my high income I expected something to go awry during my 341 but nothing did. As of yet the US Trustee has not contacted my lawyer regarding my case. Should I be worried about the big bad US Trustee that haunts me in my dreams late at night? After how many days from the 341 does the US Trustee have to through a wrench on my new beginning?

It looks like you are in Orange County, as we are. We were right around the same debt level and way over median also. Our 341 was very uneventful. We were in and out of there in about 3 minutes. The UST never contacted my attorney except to ask if we were staying in the house. We never heard a peep. Usually, from what I understand, if there is going to be UST involvement, your attorney knows about it pre-341.
