Wow, I would like to know what lender you would use that ignores all 30x, 60x, 120x, and with possibly under 500 credit scores...
I also am in the mortgage broker business, and would like to know who this magical lender is so that I can be an approved broker for them..
I have to turn away anyone that doesn't have 60% or under LTV with a bankruptcy in the last 12 months...
AND I work with lenders that ignore mortgage lates, would love to know this magical lender, really would!Comment
