Is this Good or Bad?

Okay, I'm checking Pacer this morning bc the 18th should be my 60th day.
I noticed that it was updated on 2/10/06...hmmm

It's a form that was sent out with a title of Order in No Asset Case. It basically states, I think, that anything I have debt with is considered abondoned. At the bottom it says: The automatic stay remains in full force and effect except specifically set forth hereinabove.

So, what does this mean? This good or bad?

Sounds like yours has been declared a "no-asset" case by the Trustee and he is stating to the court as such....
This however still leaves the "stay" in place on the creditors till after 61 days from 341 meeting... they can still object if they wish....

Sounds good to me...........
