Where do you put Flexible Spending Account contributions on the MEANS TEST?

I know there is a line for healthcare costs (Line 19B) where I put down the IRS allowed amount of $120.00 (for a family of 2)

I know that there is a line for Healthcare Savings Accounts (Line 34C.)

However, in my case, I pay $255/mo towards a Flexible Spending Account for Healthcare under a COBRA. (I am unemployed.)

Where does one put this on the Means Test - as it appears to be just as much a legitimate expense as a Healthcare Savings Account (if not more so because you use it or lose it at the end of the year while you can rollover money in a Healthcare Savings Account.)

    Thanks to all who help!

    Gman,

My attorney put our FSA deductions from payroll (contributions) on 34c. I pointed out that HSA and FSA were not exactly the same, he replied that for purposes of the means test they were looked at the same, not the first time he's done them.
    Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10
AHEM.....NOT AN ATTORNEY, NOT ADVICE, ETC, ETC

Interesting....glad to see that they can be counted on Line 34C.

Did he ALSO put down an amount on Line 19B? If yes - then I am in great shape!!!

Yes, 19B is the estimated out of pocket and has nothing to do with FSA constributions. Our 19B was 180, plus 34C our FSA deductions.
