    pacer question

Should I go ahead and start checking pacer? I have not had my 341 yet, but I wonder If I would get any additional info by using it now?

You could go ahead and sign up for an account, but you won't see much on your case, other than the documents you have already received via mail (i.e. petition, stay and notice of 341). Just remember, it's 0.08 per page, and you won't receive a bill unless you're over $10, so keep an eye on that. Me personally, I didn't sign up for a PACER account until after my 341 because I knew that mothing would there until after my 341 anyways.

Yes, I would go ahead and set up an account. I had to do the billing so that I paid by check when they send the bill. I could not use, nor did I want to use any credit card! It takes a few days more but they will send you the logon and password information so you can establish your own logon and password to pacer. It is a relief to have this court system to navigate for my own peace of mind after things get rolling in your filing. Good Luck!
