Hello, does anyone know if the child tax credit portion of federal taxes are exempted? I just sent copy of our taxes to attorney and am wondering what to expect. We filed on Sept 9th. Our Federal refund is 3100 with 681.00 of that amount being child tax credit. (Indiana)
