    the good news.

Went to Pacer and this is the text under my case: (I am holding my breath, but a little more hopeful that nothing will go wrong.)

First Meeting Held and Trustee's Report of No Assets and No Distribution: The trustee has neither received any property nor paid any money on account of this estate. After diligent inquiry, it appears that there are no assets in the estate over and above the valid and perfected liens of creditors and exemption of debtor(s). The trustee further reports that any scheduled property is abandoned. Pursuant to FRBP 5009, I certify that the estate of the above named debtor(s) has been fully administered. I request this report be approved and that I be discharged from any further duties as trustee (Miller, Steve)

    Filed: 10/16/05

    Last day for objections: 02/27/06
    Discharged: 03/06/06
    Closed: 03/17/06

Your trustee is telling the court that he finds no assets of your to get money out of to pay the creditors. And is requesting a discharge.
This discharge should take place approx 61 days after the creditors meeting (341 meeting)..

Also your creditors have up till discharge to object if they so incline.

    So far - looking good........

    Keep us posted.
