    Wells fargo

Wells fargo sent my attorney a reaffirmation agreement for me to sign,
i owe them $500 (included in my bk) and now they want me to pay them $250 or surrender the item.
what happens if i don't reaffirm?
can the trustee dismiss my case?

    thanks

    Hi scorpion35,

Wells fargo sent my attorney a reaffirmation agreement for me to sign, don't

i owe them $500 (included in my bk) and now they want me to pay them $250 or surrender the item. what is the item?

what happens if i don't reaffirm? usually nothing

can the trustee dismiss my case? good Lord, NO

Can we assume that you bought some big-ticket item that secured the debt w. WF?

Wells Fargo wants to get some $$ out of you, if you don't reaffirm they can file for relief from the stay and start proceedings to recover the "item", send a couple guys and a truck to your place to pick it up.

Guess what? They aren't going to do this. Why?
    (1) It would cost more than the $500 you owe, way more.
    (2) What are they going to do with the used item? Not like they run a second-hand store...

It is profitable to try to put a squeeze on you and see if you will cough up some cash, so that is what they are doing.

Ignore them, they will go away.

Agree with Tom. Nobody wants used consumer electronics.
Ignore them and they'll go bother somebody else.
