Timing of Filing Chapter 7
I have heard conflicting advice concerning the best timing for filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
Suppose your car lease is up in 1 year.
Should you file before you renew your lease or try to renew the lease before you file?
Filing Chapter 7 is going to destroy my credit score, but I have been sued by a creditor
and may not have a choice, but to file before I get slapped with a judgment.
