Last Day for Objections... Today!!

Last day for objections was today... and so far the last posting was made on 12/20 my 341 hearing entry from the trustee showing no asset...

I am getting pumped.... maybe I can be one of these MANY discharged people around the board very soon!!!

Hopefully, you won't be in my position...... 74 days and still nothing. I'm scared.

I still got ya beat Callie. 77 days for me and no word.
I really think that if the US Trustee was going to extend us we would of had to of heard by now.
It's most likely just a back up!

I think you guys are fine...you are right if the trustee wanted to file an objection he would have already...take it from someone who knows. It is unnerving to wait but I am sure it is due to the filing overload.

Well.. last Friday 2/17 was last day for objections... just checked pacer, still no mention of a discharge.. 5 business days since and still nothing..

Last thing was on 12/20 the day after my 341 hearing stating no assets to distribute....

The wait will continue on to next week...

If my experience means anything, and if you have an attorney...you're home free... I had an objection and received my discharge 2 days later...the case goes on.
