New Notice from BK court - discharged 10/05 HELP
My husband and I each received a Notice Fixing Last Date to File Claims today. It says there are probable assets that may be recovered. I have heard nothing of this up until tonight. I cannot get a hold of my attorney. The weird thing is...my notice lists my husband as the creditor...his notice lists me as the creditor. I am thinking this might have to do with money that was owed to us and we thought was uncollectable. Otherwise, why would we each be listed as a creditor? I am scared. We have no assets to disburse...we did get a tax refund but that is going to fix things around the house. Help!
