This gives me hope since I am in FL. I have to go to West Palm courthouse, is that where Lauderdale goes as well?

There are individual courthouses in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm. Where you end up depends on which division covers the area where you live. I'm pretty sure Dade county will have Miami, Broward will have Ft. Lauderdale, and Palm Beach will end up with West Palm. They're all still the "Southern Division of Florida" though.

We were over the median by a little but well under on the schedules. We have a disabled child with extensive medical costs (around $1000 a month), which wipes out any DMI. We brought our son to the 341 meeting in his wheelchair, just in case the trustee had an issue with our medical expenses. Let's just say that after taking one look at us, the trustee called our case first, spent 30 seconds with us - told us he was entering an order of no distribution and best of luck...

I don't know if that had anything to do with how smoothly everything went, but I'm sure not complaining.
