Debtor refund check question
I converted from a non confirmed chapter 13 to a chapter 7. I checked the chapter 13 website and it states a refund check of 1015.00 was issued to me on 10.29. Will that go to the new chapter 7 trustee or be sent to me. I am in CA and it is a no-asset case.

If the 13datacenter Account Ledger says it was disbursed to debtor, the refund should be sent directly to you. The Chapter 7 Trustee does not normally hold funds like the Ch13 does.
We also converted from an unconfirmed Ch13 to Ch7 after our first plan payment.
