Renting an apartment after Ch.7???

I need some info. here... it may be very possible that I will have to relocate in the next 60-90 days. I was discharged (Ch.7) on Valentine's Day. What are my chances of renting an apartment in the next 2-3 months? What can I do to help the situation? Offer a large deposit? Explain my situation?? Any suggestions? Does anyone know if all apartment complexes deter people with recent discharges from renting? Also, I don't want to keep applying just to find the right place when each time my credit will be checked and that will count against me... correct? I just checked my FICO score... it has improved considerably since before I filed in October... this sounds awful.. but is an improvement... it is now 591.

Any suggestions??

You'll have to call each place individually and ask about how they review and approve your credit, and perhaps a brief explanation of your situation. Chances are if they have to pull your credit in order to approve your lease, you should not bother with them and try another.
