Differency in Joint or Community on Schedule B??????

Quick question - what's the difference in owning property "joint" or "community" on Schedule B?

I'm filing separately (but married) and need to know what's considered J or C?

Hi Mike,

Florida is not a community property state, so 'joint' is what you use....unless you are from California then 'joint' has a different meaning...
