    It is an informative post, like I told sinkingfast, I thought it was better to continue the subject rather than fragment and repeat the same stuff on a new thread. I think this is a great thread, but if you want I can post a new thread about cash advances. Just trying to be a little respectful to creating an unnecessary threads. I already caused enough comotion with my surgery question. Now that stupid thread sits there and takes up space.

    I still want to hear how aa case is going I think it might provide some value to myself.

      brokemommy, no problems so far, they still have until July 11 to object though. My 13 plan was confirmed. I don't think at this point that there will be any objections (hope, pray, cross my fingers). There is still a couple of creditors who haven't filed a claim yet, but all are showing as PP (payment plan) on the credit report. The biggest cash advances was on MBNA, and they sold my account to an unlucky purchaser.

      MBNA was the one I was worried about most, and they could still come back, but doesn't look like they are pursuing it. Citi has nothing they can pursue. I was well past 6 months since last charge and mostly over 1 year. Chase could still come back and there not filing a claim has me a bit concerned. Could be a long wait unti July 11. There was only 4 months between last cash advance with Chase and filing BK. (Past the presumtion of abuse, and since Chapter 13, I am praying they take what they get). Even if they do pursue and in the unlikely event they would win, we are only talking less than 5% of the debt I BK'd on.
      Chapter 13 Filed 4/03/06 :blink: 341 Meeting Complete 5/11/06 :yes2:
      Plan Confirmation 6/16/06 :yahoo:
      Discharged: 1/5/2010 :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:
