Call your bankruptcy court clerk.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. I was in the same boat as you.
The first time I called the clerk, they really didn't say too much.
The second time I got a different person and they told me that they were very busy and that he looked at my file and it could be dischargerd. He said he would pass it on to the case administrator.
Sure enough, 2 days later, I was discharged AND closed!
I spent 87 days waiting after my 341 just like you.
I know it's hard, but the delay is probably due to the back up.
When you call the clerk, just be nice. Although frustrating, niceness will get you much further! They probably get a lot of stressed people calling daily.

We spent about 90 days waiting. I'd say your discharge is very close.Comment
