Ugh! Previewing Petition Before Signing Tomorrow

    On Schedule F:

In the column headed DATE CLAIM WAS INCURRED AND CONSIDERATION FOR CLAIM. IF CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO SETOFF, SO STATE, for all our credit card companies it lists: Miscellaneous consumer goods. I understand that. But why does every credit card account also have "(potential dispute)" written in that column, too?

We are going over the petition with the attorney tomorrow - but the paralegal sent it to me today with a note saying that she knows I am thorough and would probably need more time for review. LOL I am sure that is her nice way of saying I am a PITA. I hope y'all don't think that too!?!?

Not an attorney - just an opinionated woman.

...am a PITA. I hope y'all don't think that too!?!? ....naw, good to have you around here!

My guess is that your attorney uses a computer program to fill out forms and the 'potential dispute' might be a default entry in the program.

Doesn't seem like it would hurt anything, maybe a CYA move?

        Ahhh ValleYum.....
just think, Tomorrow you can design a Wii Mii with a big smile and shades on. The shades because the sun will be shinning so much tomorrow (don't think it spose to be raining tomorrow) and that light at the end of the tunnel is going to be so bright you are gonna need shades. LOL
Signing those forms sure makes it real.
        the best to you...
