    Another Schedule J Question?

When filling out expenses should you indicate what your monthly expenses are or what you are actually paying? Do you included you credit card debt on this schedule under 13b?

Because you are looking to have your credit card debt discharged in bankruptcy, you don't list those payments on Schedule J. It is a look forward to show the panel trustee that you do not have enough income to fund a Chapter 13 (at least that's its purpose when filing 7. In a Chapter 13, its purpose is more to prove that you can fund your plan.) You use your reasonably expected expenses on that schedule. There are some financial standards for utilities, food, etc. at this site: http://www.justice.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa...anstesting.htm
Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!
