adding my landlord as a creditor after 341?

My bankrupcty discharge should be around the 21st of this month. I had my 341 in October. I am not behind on rent but am planning on breaking my lease because my husband is coming home 6 months earlier than expected. Can I add my landlord now so that I don't get stuck with penalties or is it too late?

He is an awful landlord. I asked him to please ammend the lease for us and he said he would but never did. I have given him 6 months notice and now he is missing... He hasn't came by to fix my kitchen sink, ect. He has a 2800.00 deposit of ours. I am just worried that he will try to sue me or something. I want to move out June 1st. Our original termination was November 31st.

No, breaking your lease after filing is post petition debt and can't be included in the bk.

Thanks. Guess I will head over to JAG in the morning on base and get them to serve him with the Military Clause... I didn't want to get them involved but thats what they are there for :-)
