Can Breathe Again!
The lawyers office finally filled the paperwork. For the 1st time in a long time, I finally had the nerve to pick up the phone. Amazingly after I picked up the 1st ring, it got really easy. :o That same day, I ended up calling everyone who didn't call me. I gave them my case # and lawyers name and that was it. Everyone was very pleasant about the situation, soooo faaarrr...
Today is day 3 after filling and there are NO phone calls from creditors. Now the 341 meeting, which I hope goes as well. Thank you for all the good info I read on this forum, it really helped me understand things.
Question: When will I find out when our 341 meeting will be? Will we get notice in the mail, now?

So happy for you. I know that tremendous relief. I can remember it well. I think your letter telling you what day your 341 is on should arrive within 10 days, that's if my memory serves me correctly. You're way braver than me- I either let the lawyer break it to them or I left messages on creditors' answering machines because I didn't want to tell them personally!! [Bock, bock! Yes, I'm such a chicken!]
