    Filing Ch. 7 ProSee- confused

My house has already been foreclosed and sold, I am planning on filing Ch.7 Pro See and I am confused where to list it? same thing for the car, where do i put that if it was already repossessed but I owe on it?
Can someone help, I printed the forms from the website but it does not have any instructions for B6 Schedules A to J. Are there any instructions online that can help or should I buy the Nolo do it yourself book? please help.

    Hi Anyone,

If you are filing pro-se absolutely get the NOLO book !!

Also find your BK courts website and put it on your "favorites" list. After going through the NOLO book, you go through your BK courts "local rules" Most of it wont apply to you, but it tells you how to format the creditors matrix, what order to put documents, how to caption forms, coversheets specific to your court, how to hole-punch documents, nuts-bolts type of things.

    Other references:

The actual federal BK law: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/ht...sup_01_11.html Chapters 1,3,5,7 for a Ch 7 case

Federal rules for BK: http://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frbp/ How they actually implement the law in court.

The UST website: http://www.justice.gov/ust/ You will go here for info to fill out the means-test and can find a list of agencies approved for the debtor education classes.

Its a lot to take in all at once, get the NOLO book and go from there.

And of course, keep posting here, lots of great folks to help out!
