Can I add my Business Credit with My Consumer Debt as I look into Filing a Ch7

I am Personal Liable for it, and the Creditors is coming after me Not the Co ,which is on hold because I had a hip replacement e the debt in small ,my Consumer debt large if I do a Chapter 7 can I add the Business debt with the Consumer debt

I was able to include mine for my DBA since I had personally guaranteed it.

If you are personally liable you can include it. Doesn't eliminate the debt for your business though. But then they have to sue the business. if the business has no assets they probably won't bother. Another option is to close the business-then there is nothing for them to go after. Again if the business has assets this is not as easy as just closing it so make sure you talk to an attorney about that aspect.

You can defintely discharge your liability. they can still go after the entity, but probably won't. I did just what you are saying in my chapter 7.
