It has been a while since my last post....nothing that I could have shared since it has been a waiting game for us since June. The trustee spent a total of five minutes with us and asked basically the questions shown to us by our lawyer just prior to the meeting. We were over on our car exemption (around $700) but he felt that the paperwork involved makes it unattractive to the trustee (not much $$$ to make). Our lawyer also told us that when we receive our discharge to make copies in case that collection agencies contact us as well as file one with the county court system. Thanks again to all the help and support that we have received here... priceless.
