Chap 7 not listed for Equifax

We're about 4 days away from discharge and we noticed on my credit report everything's just about already done and clean, but my wife's is completely cluttered with stuff that doesnt say included in bankruptcy etc, and for equifax doesnt even list her as filing, which we did in Nov '10...

Should we be concerned? I asked lawyer about stuff not saying included in bankruptcy yet and she said its not discharged yet and thats probably why, but we plan on sending out letters to dispute stuff after discharge, is this something common for it to not even show up?

I think what credit bureaus do is governed by the phase of the moon and position of the stars.

Wait a couple weeks past discharge and then start the cleanup (or a check-up if you already cleaned-up)

is this something common ...what is uncommon is that it is Equifax, usually TransUnion is the culprit.

Have fun dealing with transunion, they can be rude and nasty at times.

when my chapter 7 was filed, all three credit bureaus reported it the same day or within 2 days. some creditors reported the information within the individual accounts on their own and some i have had to file disputes with.
