    60 days is today!

    Today ends the 60 days for any creditor objections.

    How long on average before discharge/closing?
    10/26/10 - FILED CHAPTER 7 12/15/10 - 341 COMPLETED 2/17/11 - DISCHARGED & CLOSED

    Ahhh i understand, you've been holding your breath! LOL
    Mine came within a couple days of the 60 days. Good luck to a quick discharge and closing for you.

      Holding my breath is right!

      I've been busy as well. The New Year has started off fast.

      Hopefully I'll see something in the next couple days on PACER. I can't wait to get this behind us, and move on into the future.

        I'm right there with ya, Art!! My 60 days was up on Friday, so I am waiting patiently (NOT!) to see the notice on Pacer. Keep breathing. . .LOL

            Add in one more, today is day 60 for me as well, last day for objections. Looked this morning everything was still ok, so now just waiting for midnight to come so the 14th will be totally done. I will not breathe easily til tonight and may just stay up waiting for it to pass. Or is that just crazy? I know the discharge comes next, but I have only been concerned with the objections date due to creditors.

              Panda, artgood and c-mom, add me to the party. My 60 days is up today, too! Just waiting for the discharge. I could not get onto Pacer today to see if anything happened, aargh!

                  Hey I want to go to the party also. I hit my 60 post notice of ND, my report said last day of objection was the 8th but it was filed on 12/15/2010 so it says 61 day awaiting discharge this morning.
