I saw the IRS was noticed in our case. Now I know why....the refund we were getting was "frozen" by the IRS due to our bankruptcy case. Pretty standard to send notices to these entities. The woman at the IRS told me that they are just waiting for instruction from the trustee as to where to send our refund.
