IRA Shuffle

Trustee is waiting for our tax refund before the case closes. Can we shuffle IRA money to a Roth before the case is actually closed?

To accomplish what, exactly?

I don't think that maneuver affects 2010 taxes. Only IRA contributions can be made up to April 2011 to count for 2010, but I don't think you get the same benefit on a conversion, but I could be wrong.
