Chap 7 Trustees Initial Report (pacer)

Over the weekend the trustee has posted on Pacer "Chapter 7 Trustees Initial Report", but there is no paperwork associated with it.

Most of the cases I've looked at in the past are "Chapter 7 Trustees Report of No Distribution'. How is that different from what was posted on my case?

No news is usually good news. What other reports if any are there? Does your docket say, awaiting discharge? This would be on the first page, not the index page. More info is in the docket listing. 'Hub

EDIT: I went back to my old PACER account and note that there was no report listed as well. The docket had only a brief summary of what was listed. This could possibly be a private determination within the Court. Otherwise, mine is like yours and I can't say why the thing has no document attached.

I too had the same thing - on 1.18.2011 she filed her initial report and there is no document viewable in my history tab - correct me if I am wrong this is that 10 day window the UST has to report any abuse - my UST then filed her interim report on 2.1.2011, which is visiable, which was 10 business days (not counting weekends) from 1.18.2011. That turned 1.18 in to my 341 date counting down my 60 days.
