After discharge question?

Hi, we filed in Oct. 10 and were just discharged friday Feb. 25th. We are currently awaiting closing. Our case was no asset till our 341 when our tax return became our asset. We have turned over our tax refund. My question is we have an old van that is worth about $400. A friend approached us and wondered if we would be willing to sell it. We would like to sell it but not sure when we are able to. Do we need to wait till we are closed or would it be okay to do it now that we are discharged? I would be really embarrassed if we sold it and when the buyer took it to the courthouse found out that that it couldn't be sold right now due to the bankruptcy.

Any help would be great!

...$400 van sold after discharge....not going to be a problem, go for it.
