Counting days question....when do you start the clock?

    Counting days question....when do you start the clock?

    Our 341 was on Feb 24th. I understand that the first hurdle is the 14 days after the 341. Is the day of the 341 day 1, or is the day following?

      My 341 was on Jan 5th. My 60th day was yesterday which was a Sunday. I checked PACER today, day 61, and it says i was discharged and awaiting closing.
      Filed: 11/30/10, Successful 341 Meeting: 1/5/11, Discharge 3/7/2011
      Post-filing,Pre-Discharge scores as of 2/16/11: Ex 568, TU 554, EQ 623
      Scores as of 8/12/11: EX 626, TU 620, EQ 630

        Hi JEM,

        Day 1 = Feb 25
        Day 14 = Mar 10

        If nothing gets filed by the end of the clerks day on Mar 10, you're good to go!

          Ok this presents a question I have.... so our 341 was Jan 14. Our day 61 will be March 16. If nothing shows up in pacer within a couple days of that can I assume we are clear? I mean our attny has said not to expect discharge for 4-6 months but I would feel a whole lot better knowing that we are just waiting for the formality of discharge rather than being into June and all the sudden seeing an issue or objection that occurred back in Feb or March.

              Well my UST must have skipped that page in her Trustee's Manual - cuz my 341 was scheduled 12.22.2010 - continued 12.30.2010 - made me come back with my car title on 1.12.2011 Pacer Status - Awaiting Discharge - Begin Date 1.18.2011 - Time in Status 49 days - 1.18.2011 was the date she filed her interm report.

              Would it be safe to say the 60 days starts the day your UST uploads their interm report not the date of the 341?

                Finally signed up for Pacer today.

                Checked and the last entries are the Notice of No Distribution and our certificates filed, and the reaffirmation agreement. Does that sound about right? Tomorrow will be day 14 from the 341.
