I received the reaffirmation papers for our first mortgage today. Are att. received them first, signed her part then sent them to us. I have called our att. twice today and emailed her regarding some ? I have. All she is saying is fill them out the best u can and we'll see what happens. Well its asking to put our take home income then our monthly expenses and then it wants to show how much we have left over for the mort. payment. Ok my ? is we are showing we have $45 dollars left over after the mort. But on the other bk forms and petitions we filed its shows different amounts more in the neg. range. does this make sense or should I just wait and take them to the 341 meeting wed.

Probably by not including clothing, entertainment, pet expenses and such. I'd bet when you initially went thru the Bank Reaffirm expenses list, you wrote down what you pay out every month, and not your total costs to live.Originally posted by notmeyeah thats what I thought but couldnt get a straight answer from my att. If I do it using I and J it shows Im in the neg. by 500. Will they let me reaffirm this loan being in the neg. Im not really sure how I even came up with 45 left over.
