    Discharged and 4 Items still on Credit Report that were Included in BK

    Ugh, so annoying. I pulled my credit report on Friday since I was getting a car loan and I see that 4 items that were included in my bankruptcy were not listed as such on the credit report. One was listed as included but also listed again as a charge off and then the other 3 were just listed as charge offs or collection accounts totaling $5,000! So I just filed my online disputes with Experian and now I will need to check Transunion and Equifax. What a pain! Has anyone else experienced this and if so, were the items corrected with no problems?
    Filed chapter 7 on 12-8-10
    341 meeting 1-7-11.

    I had the same problem. All of my accounts were showing a 0 balance except Chase which was still showing as charged off on all three. I just filed the dispute on the Experian website and it was corrected within like 3 days. No trouble at all.

    Post-filing,Pre-Discharge scores as of 2/16/11: Ex 568, TU 554, EQ 623
    Scores as of 8/12/11: EX 626, TU 620, EQ 630
