If the chapt 7 was discharged how is it that I have delinquent accounts if they were erased threw the chapt 7?

Hi Carloscda,

Something you will probably have to fix yourself, write the credit reporting companies and ask for the notation to be changed to 'discharged in bk' or 'included in bk' or something similar. Given the frequency of people posting about this it must happen all the time, and not too surprising given the mass amounts of data they deal with.

That's just it everything is at zero?

When i applied for a Macys card that was one of the statements the letter listed, along with insufficient installment loan info in credit history, amount of available credit on open revolving accounts, to many public records but yet there's only one??
