I have my last payment due to my bk lawyer for a little less then 190.00 I am out of town and they sent me an email saying that it is due immediately, I sent a email back telling then i can pay when i get back, but the email is very intimidating, what is the worse they can do until i pay them?

I would imagine they won't file your bankruptcy petition until you have paid them in full. You need to call them and let them know that you are out of town and that you will take care of the matter when you return. Make sure to tell them when you are returning and ask them is that going to be a problem.Comment
