Means test - Line 22B - Public transportation

On the nolo.com calculator, the instructions for line 22B state:

"Local Standards: transportation; additional public transportation expense. If you pay the operating expenses for a vehicle and also use public transportation, and you contend that you are entitled to an additional deduction for your public transportation expenses, enter on Line 22B the "Public Transportation" amount from IRS Local Standards: Transportation. (This amount is available at www usdoj gov/ust/ or from the clerk of the bankruptcy court.)
National Public Transportation Expense Allowance = $182"

Does this mean that someone with a car loan who drives 30 minutes to a commuter lot and then gets on a bus for the other half of their commute for work can take the allowances on lines 22, 22B, and 23?

Since it keeps saying "and" I would think you could. If you have an attorney ask him/her about it, just to be sure.

I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.
