    Discharged!! Finally!!

    What will happen to my federal student loans that show 0 balance?
    How about my auto loan (kept current but not reaffirmed)?

      Thanks...the student loans will not be discharged (if thats what u r referring to)...
      I am asking about when they will start showing back on my credit report with the correct balances...

        LOL! Wishful thinking...no, your school loans haven't been discharged. Give it a couple of weeks, then get your credit reports and start cleaning up. As for the Auto Loan, I did not reaffirm on either car and it just reports as "discharged" on my CR.
        May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
        May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
        May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
        9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

              I don't think your car payments get reported if you didn't reaffirm. My company told me if I didn't reaffirm they would only report when it was paid off.
