    Time line ??

    Hello everyone.. To make a long story short, Bk'd my house in Chap 7 in 2009. Here's my question, what's the time line for the Sheriff's sale ??? Wells Fargo sent me the forecloser lawsuit notice back in October of 2010, .. Can the State of Florida really be that slow ??

    Have you made any payments since you filed? Just curious b/c I'm in FL w/ WF.

    I have heard that it can take up to 18 months (or more) for FC. Good Luck

      No I stopped paying on my home back in November of 08.. Case was dischared in 12/09

      just to give you a heads up, WF is not a fun company to work with by any means.. good luck to you as well !!

        What do you mean work with? Like in trying to keep your house or the FC process?

        I'm underwater by 110K in FL. I plan on filing Ch 7 soon. I will not be reaffirming my mortgage but pay and staying for as long as we can.
