co owner on are mrtg question/??

my husband and i filled for bankruptcy with our lawyer last week. we did not include are house and are keeping it, no equity.we own 50% and the co owners own 50%. we both live in the home.the lawyer that is ok. my question is, will the co owners credit report be effected in any way?

It shouldn't. The co-owners did not file BK.

Strictly speaking ALL debts on are included in your bankruptcy. But if you intend to keep the property, you simple continue making payments. But the loan is still discharged as to you.

Any co-debtors who have not filed BK are still on the hook for the mortgage in the event you cannot afford the home in the future and let it go.
