Was wondering if I should be pressing my attorney to try and move this along. Made the offer to trustee in early April. Just emailed my attorney for status. Last record on Pacer was for the last granting of extension 2/28.
My only asset is my house in which I have equity which is exempt under homestead act. We are having difficulties keeping current with the mortgage payment. Any chance the the trustee is trying to wait it out in hopes of foreclosure? Could the trustee actually be in contact with my mortgage lender? We just sent in financials to mortgage lender for HAMP.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
