What is This ??? Good ???

I presume this is good news, what do you guys think ? The 341 meeting was on March 31st (Last Fri.) ...

Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.. (Burns, W.) (Entered: 04/03/2006)

The above was just added to the docket report in PACER dated today, April 3, 2006... Just seemd that this was pretty quick for them to throw in the towel...

Yeah, especially since everybody has a couple of months to object I think. Congratulations (I think).

My speculation is the trustee is satisfied that his business is done with you, but I am sure it hasn't shortened the time for creditors to object.

I would say it is good news.

      Just and opinion.

So what you're saying is that the trustee has no issues and it's just a matter if any of the creditors do or not ???

There were no creditors at the meeting so I guess we wait... Since it's all credit card debt I'm hoping that if they had a problem we would've heard by now...

therre was some discussion awhile back on if creditors could object if you are under the median and no presuption of abuse with a tight I & J. I think they can't. I think your done. Check status on pacer and see if it says awaiting closing.

Here's what the status portion of PACER says....

            Pending Statuses

            Status Begin
            Date Time in
            Status # Status Set By
            Awaiting 341 Meeting 02/28/2006 34 days 1 Voluntary Petition (Chapter 7)
Awaiting Closing 04/03/2006 0 days Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution

It says "awaiting closing" on the latest status entry...

if none of your cc's can show fraud like an app. with a gross error in income and you don't have the cash advance or luxury purchase problem, I think you are effectively discharged and awaiting closing. the courts do have the legal 60 days from 341 or in your case 4/3.

What you are reading is the standard entry after the 341. Now you wait the 60 days for objections and hopefully you will have a discharge. Then comes the closing.

So there is still a possibility that the trustee could file an objection or he pretty much done and it's a matter of one of the creditors having a problem ???

Both Trustees can still object. And from reading other peoples posts they usually wait until the last few days of the 60 day wait. But more than likely the trustee is done with your case unless a creditor files an objection.
Dont worry, just sit back and relax and wait out the 60 days. And from what I've read no news is good news. I know its gut wrenching but this forum is here to ease those sixty days. I've already waited my 60 days plus another 9 without hearing anything. And some people on this board have waited well over a month after their 60 days because the courts are so backed up.
