Admittedly I havent seen one. I have heard of people using them with no problem. Make sure you double check everything because you dont want paperwork to be a reason for re-filing. There are a lot of websites on BK that can offer help and feel free to run some questions by us - we will try to help. I have also read about BK clerks checking over paperwork to make sure everything is there. Given a lot of people hire attorneys filing solo might put you at a disadvantage so be sure you have everything they ask for and if you arent sure call the court or ask us. Good luck..
I don't believe that typed forms are required. I initiated mine with handwritten forms and they were accepted.
You can log onto your local fed court's website and they will have a section for "local rules", which describe the necessary formats and acceptable alternatives. All of the BK forms can be downloaded from the fed court's system in a couple of formats and then edited with Word or comparable word processing apps anyway. If they are in pdf and you don't have the full Adobe program...there are free conversion programs you can access which convert them to Word.
