If we are up to date on all our cars 2 and house. Can we file a chap 7 I am above means test, however passed it due to mort pay and cars is this true?

Did you mean you are above the median income for PA? Your house and car payments do count and should help with tmeans test for a CH 7. If you are under the median income, the means test does not apply.
