Ok guys, I wrote off to experian to have them remove a collection account, and they came back and said that it is written included in bankruptcy (which it is...)
But the thing is it wasn't even on my credit bureau at ALL until 3/06, and the debt was discharged in Chapter 7 during 2/06...
Can they come back and add the collection account AFTER my discharge date if it wasn't ever there before?!?!?? I thought that they couldn't take action at all, how come they can report me after the fact?
I am frustrated to say the least trying to get this all sorted out, but why did I even file if all my accounts could still end up as collections on my report?? I had 11 medical accounts that I couldn't pay, and that is why I filed, how can they take action like report me to the credit bureau after discharge???
The one that HAS reported has it correct, included in bankruptcy with $0 owed, but they reported it as collection..
Help, tell me who is right... am I right or the creditor and the credit bureau?!?
