341 scheduled for 7/26. Not much to report. I noticed for a couple days after filing pacer said asset: yes, then it was changed to asset: no. I'm not sure if this means anything or not prior to the 341.

We had our 341 today it went really smoothly, trustee filed the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Report of No Distribution about two hours later after telling us he would. Pretty standard questions. Didn't ask anything about a tax return and didn't ask if anything has changed since we filed.

Tomorrow is the 14th day after our 341. All has been quiet. I think if anything was going to happen we would have heard from the UST by now. If they don't file a presumption of abuse within the 14 days what are the chances they would still file for a dismissal on totality of circumstances?

On the creditor front, we didn't use any cards at all within 6 months of filing so I am not expecting to hear from any of them either.

I learned that in MA if you are current on your payments your cars cannot be repossessed so we will no be reaffirming them.
