Well, dropped off all my paperwork with the attorney, we'll see what happens! I'm hoping maybe we can avoid getting sued by the CC's until we can qualify for Ch.7...we stopped paying on all of them in Feb :crossingfingers:

You should be safe. Even if you did get sued now, once the paperwork is filed, it stops everything. LOL.......been there, done that one. Hopefully, you will be filed shortly and not have to worry about it.Filed CH 7 4/15/11

Yeah, if I do end up getting sued, I'll try to delay it as long as I can until I can file
I have to admit, its nice to not be looking for paperwork and crunching numbers every night Now I have every thing organized and ready should my attorney need more paperwork
