I had my 341 meeting yesterday! I was so nervous but it went great! Very simple. He never even asked about that crazy $2000 deal with my MIL. That was my husbands debt anyway, not mine. I am so glad it's over! It was determined a no asset case and now I just wait it out. My attorney said in 30 days I'll get something saying it was a no asset case and in 60 days I will be discharged. I can't wait! And he told me it was safe to put my name on my husbands new bank account.. and switch over.. we did that as soon as the meeting was over yesterday!
