I had my 341 meeting two days ago. All seemed to go fine. I have been checking Pacer like crazy waiting to see some info but so far....nothing. How long does it usually take for it to be updated? TIA!

I think each district varies. My info was posted 2 hours after my meeting which amazed me. I have seen various time frames posted here. Hang in there, it will come.Filed CH 7 4/15/11

And I haven't seen an update at all since my 341....and my discharge is on Monday! One thing I have learned is don't sweat it (I know, that's hard) - not all offices are very efficientJessica

But, after a month, if nothing happens, I'd recommend calling the court and politely asking for an update. Many people get an immediate notice of discharge by doing so.Comment

It took about ten days for something to show up for me, it's not easy to stay calm. Just hang in!Comment

My pacer status read..."Awaiting First Meeting" up until my discharge, only then did it change. If you check the Docket report, that is where you will see the post from the Trustee, I believe my Trustee posted 3 or 4 days after my 341 but the case status stayed the same....hang in there!Chapter 7 Filed: 04/21/2011, 341 Meeting: 05/31/2011, Report of No Distrubution: 06/02/2011, Discharged: 08/03/2011, Closed: 08/10/11Comment
