For us the 14th day came and went with nothing that I can tell, no updates on Pacer, we are now on day 15.

Congrats... So the UST time has passed... now your you're in the home stretch. Our 14th day is today; but I don't expect any issue from the UST.

That said, still nothing from the bank. Their lawyer really must be selling them a bill of goods on their position!... They have little to no chance of getting the debt removed from the 7.

When they call (and I know they will) to accept my $10k go away offer... I going to tell them I'll get back with them... then make them wait.
